1. Order handling time.

Because of the large number of orders, we need time to prepare the product before sending it to you. We will send it to you as soon as possible, but to ensure the quality and accuracy of your order, we need 0-3 days of preparation.

Our order processing time is at the latest 12:00AM (GMT:-08:00) so orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

For custom designed products we need 0-3 days for production. This time is counted from the time you confirm your agreement with our design.

For digital products, usually the system will grant the right to download immediately after your successful payment. In some cases due to a payment system error, suspected fraud or some other problem, we will provide the right to download within 6h-72h after the order has been verified.

2. Transit time

Shipping time for physical products such as t-shirts, mugs, paintings, photo albums, etc. is about 0-10 working days. This time depends on whether your area is near or far from us. Orders will be shipped from 338 County Route 11, West Monroe, NY 13167, United States.

3. shipping delay

We and our shipping partners always try to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, in some cases the delay may occur due to some unexpected events. So we hope you understand and wait. Our shipping time is 0-10 days, but if there is a delay it can take longer but no more than 35 days.

What should you do if you have not received your order after 35 days? If you have not received your product after 35 days, please contact us for assistance. If your order is lost or has other problems and cannot be delivered to you, we will process your refund.

4. Shipping cost.

Shipping costs will be notified after you provide the delivery address. This cost depends on the distance between you and our store. Please check your order before payment, our system will provide full information about shipping fees clearly to you before you make payment for your order.
We currently offer services outside of the United States. We will attempt to ship to most territories outside of the United States. However, due to weather, political, war conditions, some areas may be temporarily unable to provide service, we will notify you automatically as soon as you enter a delivery address on your order.
