We offer 30-days free returns to all of our customers. Please read the terms below carefully to ensure your free return request is approved as quickly as possible.

1. Conditions for Returns and Refunds.

For physical products such as t-shirts, paintings, photobooks, bags, etc., the time to request a return is no more than 30 days from the date of receipt of the product, calculated according to the postmark and ensuring the following requirements:

  • The product has a manufacturing or shipping defect.
  • Product must be unused and with all tags intact.

For downloadable digital products such as audiobooks, prints of picture products, t-shirts, photo books, etc., the return request period should not exceed 30 days from the date of purchase and must be satisfy the following requirements:

  • The defective product cannot be used normally and we cannot provide a replacement file for any reason.
  • The product has no defects but the customer has not yet performed a download of the purchased product. If the customer has downloaded part or all of the product, the return request will be accepted if the product is defective.

2. Shipping and return cost

We offer free returns on all orders that meet our return policy. All costs related to the return will be borne by us.
For physical products that need shipping please check our return confirmation email, we will send you a paid return label. Please print this label and stick it on the parcel sent to us and do not have to pay any shipping fees.

3. Instructions for requesting a refund

3.4. Via email

We receive customer refund requests via email contact@ozinpic.com. If sending a refund request via email, please note the following requirements in order for your request to be processed as quickly as possible:

  • Title: Request Return & Refund.
  • Email content:
  1. Code orders.
  2. Product Type (Physical product or digital product)
  3. The reason you are requesting a refund.

3.5. Via our store

We accept returns and refund requests at 338 County Route 11, West Monroe, NY 13167, United States. Before coming to our store please bring the product if you buy the physical product, remember the order number for both digital product and physical product types. We may require identity verification through the email or phone number you provided in your order at pre-payment.

4. When will I receive my refund.

For physical product , we only issue refunds after we have received the returned product and have made sure it is in compliance with our returnable conditions. We will refund you 3-5 business days after we receive the returned product from you.

For digital product we will refund in 1-3 business days after confirming the refund request. We will revoke your permission to download the product, so please do not attempt to download the product for which a refund is requested. We will cancel the refund request if you make the download.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

5. Changes To Our Return Refund Policy

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy without prior notice.
